Welcome to Learn2pick.com, a site for striving guitarists who seek personalized instruction in the central Ohio area.

What I offer is my own, unique approach to teaching acoustic and/or electric guitar. My instruction focuses primarily on blues, rock, classic rock, country and folk styles. The emphasis is on getting the student playing as quickly as his or her talent will allow. My method of fretboard visualization is born of twenty years' experience studying other frustrating guitar methods that failed to leave me with a clear picture of how the guitar works. It is my goal as an instructor to assist my students in bypassing those same frustrations.

At only $25 per session (hour), my rates are well below Columbus area music schools and retail outlets. Sessions are pay-as-you-go, and can continue as long as the student desires. Additionally, I offer a special discount for homeschooled students. Flexible scheduling includes nights & weekends.

I instruct from my home in Lewis Center. Surrounding areas within reasonable driving distance include Delaware, Sunbury, Powell, Worthington, Columbus, Westerville, Dublin and others.
